2. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payments must be made in full at checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

  • Custom orders require full payment upfront and cannot be canceled once production has started.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, while custom orders may have a turnaround time of 4-8 weeks.

  • Shipping times vary based on location and carrier. Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the handmade and upcycled nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will work to resolve the issue.

5. Product Disclaimer

  • Our products are made from thrifted and repurposed materials, meaning slight imperfections such as minor wear or fading may be present. These do not affect the garment's wearability and contribute to its unique character.

  • Colors and textures may vary slightly from photos due to lighting and the nature of upcycled materials.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, designs, and images on this site are the property of Sow Sew Studio and may not be used, copied, or distributed without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • SOW/SEW STUDIO is not responsible for any allergic reactions, damages, or issues arising from the use of our products.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.

  • We respect your privacy and only collect necessary information to process orders. We do not share your personal information with third parties, except as required to fulfill your order (e.g., shipping carriers).
