STORE POLICY

1. Shipping & Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Custom orders may take longer, depending on complexity.

  • We currently ship within the U.S. via standard and expedited shipping options.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. SOW/SEW STUDIO is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the carrier directly. However, reach out to us, and we will assist as much as possible! We want your unique garment to make its way to you.

2. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the handmade and upcycled nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • If there is an issue with your order, such as a defect or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work to resolve the issue.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.

  • Due to the nature of secondhand fabrics, slight imperfections such as minor wear, fading, or small blemishes may be present. These characteristics do not affect the functionality or overall wearability of the garment but add to its story and one-of-a-kind charm.

  • If your item needs a little love and care, we will gladly work with you to see how we can help you keep your garment in great shape!

3. Custom Orders

  • Custom orders require full payment upfront.

  • Turnaround time for custom pieces varies but is typically 4-8 weeks.  We will provide an estimated completion time upon ordering. 

  • Once production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • We work closely with customers to ensure satisfaction; however, slight variations may occur due to the nature of upcycled materials.

4. Sustainability & Ethics

  • SOW/SEW STUDIO is committed to sustainability by using upcycled and thrifted materials whenever possible.

  • Each piece is unique, and variations in color, texture, and material are part of the charm of upcycled fashion.

5. Care Instructions

  • To prolong the life of your upcycled garment, we recommend washing in cold water and air drying.

  • Some pieces may have specific care requirements, which will be noted in the product description.
